Heather Locklear's Divorce Gets Ugly

Heather Locklear's future ex-husband, rocker Richie Sambora, asked for a new judge to oversee their divorce proceedings. Sambora was concerned that the original judge might not allow him "a fair and impartial hearing." Only one week later, Locklear is in court filing similar papers of her own. She now claims that the second judge assigned to the case is prejudiced against her. Heather cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce from Sambora last month and is requesting custody of 8 year old Ava with visitation rights for Richie.
