Richie Sambora Agrees with Kanye West

In Kanye West's breakout hit "Gold Digger," the singer shouts, "We want pre-nup!" and apparently, Heather Locklear's future ex-husband has been listening to the album. Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora wants the pre-nuptial agreement that he signed back in 1995 to be enforced during the divorce proceedings. He is also looking for joint custody of their 8 year old daughter Ava, while Heather has filed for sole physical custody. Looks like the battle goes on for Sambora vs. Locklear!
