Nick Lachey is over Kristin Cavallari and has moved on to MTV host Vanessa Minnillo, according to sources at People.com. The two met while Minnillo was filming a guest spot in Lachey's new music video. The couple was seen getting pretty cozy last week in a private corner at the W Hotel Union Square's Underbar. Nick Lachey, 32, and Vanessa Minnillo, 25, were doing some dirty dancing and there were even reports of "tongues on skin." The next night, they were seen having dinner with friends in SoHo and partying into the morning hours. I guess it's safe to assume that Nick hasn't been sitting at home crying over his ex Jessica Simpson.
