Teri Hatcher Injured on the Set of Desperate Housewives

Actress Teri Hatcher was injured on the set of Desperate Housewives this week when a light bulb broke and a small fragment of glass lodged in her cornea. She did seek immediate medical attention and is reportedly doing fine. The eye doctor has her sporting a fashionable eye patch until her cornea is able to heal.

If all goes well, Teri is expected back on the set in just a few days. I wonder if former flame Ryan Seacrest will send her any get well balloons. Seacrest has been so busy lately fending off rumors of a heated feud with his American Idol co-host Paula Abdul that he just might forget to do the right thing.
