Anna Nicole Smith's Supreme Court Victory

Former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith took her case to the Supreme Court and left the place yesterday feeling pretty victorious. She can't hit up Rodeo Drive with Paris Hilton just yet, as the case heads over to the federal appeals court in California for another silly round. Anna Nicole has been stuck in a never ending battle with her stepson over oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II's fortune.

When she married him back in 1994, critics attacked her because he was 89 and she was only 24. When he died, Marshall was worth an estimated $1.6 billion and Miss Anna claims that he promised her half of that fortune. If you were a sickly 89 year old man and your Playboy Playmate of a wife asked you for anything, and I mean anything, wouldn't you gladly hand it over? I'm not a judge, but I'm thinking she deserves at least a little something for ten years of crazy persistence.
