Kanye West is Being Sued by Mercedes Benz

Reports are surfacing that Kanye West is being sued for defaulting on $53,747 of lease payments on his 2003 Mercedes G500. Daimler Chrysler Financial Services filed the suit and it looks like they mean business.

The same guy who shot to stardom with his monster hit "Gold Digger", is now looking for his own pot of gold to pay his bills. Are times really that tough over at the West household?
