Michelle Rodriguez is Going Back to Jail

Michelle Rodriguez, star of ABC's Lost, is going back to jail for another 60 days of fun. It turns out that her recent 5-day stint in a Honolulu prison just didn't do the trick. Her most recent arrest violated a three year probation term from 2004 and now the actress is paying the price. Back then, Michelle, 27, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license under the influence of alcohol while leaving the scene of a crime.

Those are three pretty serious offenses and I think she got off fairly easy with her original probation. Even so, she just couldn't keep herself perched on the wagon. Michelle will now be serving 60 days in jail, 30 days of community service, and another three years probation. No wonder they booted her off the show..she is quite the little liability.
