Avril Lavigne Marries Sum 41 Frontman Deryck Whibley

Singer Avril Lavigne took the plunge and married Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley this weekend in Montecito, California. Avril, 21, and Deryck, 26, have been together for two years and engaged since June 2005. Surprisingly, the rebellious rocker chose to go very classic with her celebrity wedding details.

Avril and Deryck hosted 110 of their closest friends and family at a non-denominational ceremony complete with a Vera Wang gown, classical music, and even a few strewn rose petals. Who knew that the same girl who wrote angry music and sported black hair and eye makeup for so many years would clean up so well?
