Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen Hug it Out

After more than a year of back and forth fighting, the Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards ugly divorce battle may actually be over. Denise agreed to drop the restraining order against her ex, which had banned him from the vicinity of her and their two children, Lola and Sam.

A joint statement released by their lawyers in LA said, "The parties have resolved the issues that were previously before the court, including custody arrangements for the children. There are ongoing efforts to resolve the remaining issues on an amicable basis."

Good luck with that whole 'amicable' part as Charlie, 40, and Denise, 35, like to play dirty when it comes to the media. They have both publicly bashed each other ever since Denise originally split from Charlie back in March 2005, while she was carrying their second child.

Denise has her own share of media trouble to deal with as she continues to shack up with Richie Sambora, her ex-best friend Heather Locklear's ex-husband. The gossip pages (myself included) have been less than kind to her on that front, calling her nothing short of a home wrecker. Hey, we just call them like we see them.
