Is Brad Pitt Afraid to Marry Angelina Jolie?
I've heard of guys with cold feet who have all kinds of reasons to put off marriage, but this one takes the cake. Waiting until he finishes medical school or saving up to have enough money are common, but Brad's excuse is new. Hey, I'm all for anyone in love being given the right to marry, but what does it have to do with Brad and Angelina? He should just come right out and say what he really thinks:
"I'm putting off marriage because I'm no fool and I'm fully aware of Angelina's track record. If we get married, she'll lose interest in me in 1.5 years and throw me out like she did with Billy Bob Thornton. She once said Billy Bob was Maddox's adoptive father and now he's not even in the picture anymore. I simply don't want to be a casualty of war. Oh, and I might also still be a little bit in love with Jennifer Aniston."
Wouldn't it be refreshing to hear that kind of candor? Since that's unlikely to happen anytime soon, we'll have to settle for Brad's political statement for now.

Maybe Angelina is insisting on an incestuous polyamourous relationship where her, the Prime Minister’s wife of the country where shilo was born, brad and unnamed family member can live harmoniously within the nestled mountains of Utah.

Perhaps instead of “political mumbo jumbo” this is an actual, deeply felt conviction. Hard to believe coming from a sometimes vapid celebrity, but it’s true. You have to wonder why Brad was willing to marry Jen Aniston but not Angelina…it could be that Angelina is having a positive influence in terms of gay rights, being bisexual herself. It might have been worthwhile to consider this option before deriding their stance. The world isn’t all about celebrity marriages…at least celebrities realize this, even if writers don’t always seem to.
I agree with Freak – why is it illegal to marry more than one person when it is legal to have sex with them? Just because of Joe Smith back 150 years ago? C’mon! Dumb reason for a law. Not saying I would consider it myself, but I fail to see the logic whereby it is illegal – and prosecuted! There are other laws in place to protect Utah girls from their uncles. We grown-ups elsewhere don’t need the protection from making our own relationship mistakes.
What they did to Jennifer will come back to them in due time. You can’t build happiness on someone else’s misery.
Here is a normal guy from an nice family who got lucky in films. He is not great shakes as an actor but he is cute.
He marries the clean-living Jen and starts to live the fairy tale. But then, Jen says NO KIDS right now—-and Brad’s ego and biological clock are running…
So along comes sexy AJ and he can’t resist??

Has anyone else noticed that everytime Brad gets a new gf he starts to look like them (remember the terrible G. Palrow matching blonde parting?). He reminds me of a puppy dog. I think it’s sad that he and AJ had this baby because in the long run their relationship won’t last and she’ll be just another baby in the ever growing brood of kids AJ seams to be collecting.

Why is his comment viewed as so odd and wierd. There is another very famous Hollywood couple who have stated the very same thing. Also, Sharon Stone was stated as saying the exact same comment. Not so weird. If he was so afraid of committment, why did he adopt her children?????
