Anna Nicole Smith Receives Daniel's Toxicology Report

People magazine is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel may have died from a lethal combination of methadone, Lexapro, and Zoloft. The pathology report has just been released and it looks like the drug cocktail caused the cardiac dysrhythmia that led to his sudden death.

Daniel, 20, died in his mother's hospital room just days after she gave birth to her new daughter, Dannielynn Hope. Doctors tried feverishly to revive him, but were unable to do anything at that point. Her former lawyer and Danielynn's alleged father said, "Through it all, even with all the pain, she has been a great mom, a very attentive mom."
