People magazine is reporting that actor Scott Foley popped the big question and is now engaged to marry actress Marika Dominczyk. Scott, 34, presented Marika, 26, with a 4-carat Neil Lane diamond ring and as luck would have it, she said yes.

The couple began dating in 2003 shortly after filed for divorce from actress Jennifer Garner. After Scott, Jennifer Garner quickly moved on and married Ben Affleck, while Ben's ex, Jennifer Lopez, jumped into the arms of newly single Marc Anthony.
