Apprentice Star Bill Rancic and Giuliana DePandi are Engaged

Former Apprentice star Bill Rancic and E! News anchor Giuliana DePandi became engaged over the weekend and they plan to tie the knot late next year in Italy. As anyone in Donald Trump's circle would have it, Bill, 35, summoned a limo to pick up Giuliana, 31, and drop her off at a local helipad.

He was waiting there with pizza and champage followed by a romantic helicopter ride over Chicago, the couple's rep told People magazine. Bill popped the big question mid-air and then escorted his future bride back to his place, where he had roses and chocolate cake. Diamonds, flowers, and chocolate cake? This guy clearly knows the way to a woman's heart!
