Lindsay Lohan in the Hospital With Appendicitis

People magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is in the hospital with appendicitis. Lindsay felt funky on Wednesday, but dismissed the symptoms as a 24-hour-flu.When she began to feel worse on Thursday, Lindsay, 20, went in to be diagnosed and was told that she would need surgery to remove her appendix. Her rep, Leslie Sloane, confirmed the news to the magazine and added that this would be the actress' third recent hospitalization.
Lindsay fractured her wrist when she slipped and fell at a party in September and suffered a bout of dehydration back in July. She even had a handful of mishaps with her car last year. She is currently rumored to be attending AA meetings on a regular basis and it sounds like she is getting her health back on track. Perhaps this little setback will finally help the overworked actress get some much needed rest.

Oh, please!!! She was seen partying the very same night she was released from the hospital. This chick’s got problems. I hope her publicist is smart enough to not use this excuse again. Lindsy’s really just like a train wreck. It’s not pretty to watch, but you just can’t look away.
