Marcia Cross Gives Birth to Twin Girls

Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross welcomed fraternal twin daughters into the world yesterday, her rep told People magazine exclusively. Marcia, 44, and her husband, Tom Mahoney, 49, named the baby girls Savannah and Eden. The couple has been married since June of 2006 and have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of these babies.

Marcia had been on doctor ordered bed rest for the past few months, but that didn't stop Bree Van De Kamp from thriving on the hit show. Producers were able to film a handful of scenes from Marcia and Tom's home to assure that she was getting her rest. Now that's what I call a flexible work environment!
