Actress Mischa Barton was allegedly caught by photographers smoking pot in her car. At least that's what it appeared to be, judging from the incriminating photos at The Blemish. Is Mischa, 21, sadly following in Paris Hilton's scandalous footsteps? Remember back in June of 2006 when Paris was seen smoking pot in her car? The saddest part of this saga is that Mischa's little sister, Hania, 19, is rumored to be in rehab battling an addiction to prescription painkillers. Mischa might not be serving as the best big sister role model, but at least she's a notch above Britney Spears.
