Is Heather Locklear Dating Jack Wagner?

It looks like Heather Locklear may be dating her former Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner. How cute that Ken and Barbie are a real live couple again! The folks at Perez Hilton even have pictures of Heather and her new man out on the town having dinner.

Last I heard, Heather was getting busy with David Spade and even tattooed herself a little tribute to him. Last year, the actress had the word "Finch" permanently inked onto her size zero body, but claimed it had nothing to do with David. Whatever helps Heather sleep at night.
