You Can Pay Michael Jackson to be Your Friend

By now we all know that Michael Jackson has had his share of financial troubles. And by troubles I mean that Michael spent way too much money "entertaining children" and not enough paying his bills. That little ranch of his has put him into a state of near bankruptcy, but have no fear. Michael and his ill-advised posse have come up with a brilliant plan to get rich quick.

This weekend, the gloved one arrived in Japan to host a party where Michael himself was the guest of honor. For $3,400, fans were granted 30 seconds of face to face time with the pop singer. The scary part? The first 300 meet and greets sold out within minutes and Michael plans to schedule a whole bunch more. I wonder how much people would pay for 30 seconds with other celebrities like Britney Spears or reformed party girl Lindsay Lohan? If their stints in rehab work, they may never have to find out.
