Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Welcome a Baby Boy

Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed their first child into the world yesterday. They named their son Liam Aaron McDermott, presumably after Tori's father, Aaron Spelling, who passed away in June of last year. Tori, 33, and her mom Candy have been estranged since her father's death and have only begun to reconcile in the last few weeks. Just in time for little Liam to meet his well preserved and practically pickled Grandma.

This is Tori's first shot at motherhood but Dean, 40, is an old pro since he does have an eight-year-old son from his previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace. The same marriage that he was very much a part of when he started dating Tori on the side. But that's all in the past by now. Unless of course, you ask Dean's ex-wife.
