Jesse Metcalfe Checks Into Rehab

Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe checked into rehab on Monday for alcohol abuse. Jesse, 28, joins the ranks of so many other celebrities going through rehab, most recently, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan. His spokesperson Susan Patricola released the following statement on his behalf: "On Monday March 19, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues. He realized he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately."

Of course he wanted to deal it with immediately, as the scandalous scoop somehow always gets out. Rumor has it that Eva Longoria's co-star, Jesse, spent the previous weekend in a hotel room partaking in lots of alcohol and possibly even some other illegal substances. He and his friends allegedly tore the hotel room apart with their partying. As the walls always have ears and photographers, Jesse wisely decided to be proactive.
