Vivica A. Fox Charged With Misdemeanor DUI

Actress Vivica A. Fox and former flame of rapper 50 Cent has been slapped with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, resulting from her recent arrest, according to TMZ.com. They confirmed that Vivica was charged with one count of driving her Cadillac Escalade while impaired and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. She could be facing up to six months in jail, but it's unlikely that will happen. Celebrities always manage to find ways around the so-called legal system.
