Did Britney Spears Have Liposuction in Las Vegas?

Rumor has it that Britney Spears may have recently treated herself to a nonsurgical liposuction procedure. Her recent getaway to Vegas may have been a cover for getting a little work done. Since checking out of rehab last month, Britney has been seen happily parading around LA in the shortest of dresses. "She's working out, eating right and enjoying life," the popstar's rep told People magazine.

But is working out and eating right really what this young mother of two has been doing to lose the weight? If Britney, 25, has any hopes for rekindling the flames of her dead music career, she'd better stick to this alleged workout regime. She finally got rid of that dead weight, aka Kevin Federline, so this should be an easy enough transition for her.
