Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are Engaged

In a desperate attempt to get some attention, Heidi Montag of The Hills went out and bought herself a tiny nose and a brand new chest. Since that backfired and no one cared much about the plastic surgery, she and her PR team (aka her mom) have come up with a new publicity plan for the 20-year-old. Us Weekly is reporting that Lauren Conrad's former friend and her co-star/boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, have gotten engaged. What's next for Heidi when the excitement of this fake engagement wears off? Maybe she'll simply disappear into the background like the rest of her cast mates should.
