Nicole Richie in Rehab Again for Anorexia and Addiction to Painkillers?

Wondering where Nicole Richie has been hiding lately? Cleaning up in rehab again? Recovering from a rumored breakup with Joel Madden? The National Enquirer and Star magazine are both reporting that Nicole Richie was in rehab fighting her demons. The very same demons that keep her from eating food, but convince her to swallow painkillers. The tabloids report that Nicole was being treated for anorexia and substance abuse, but her publicist tells a different story. Her rep told Us Weekly, "She is not in rehab. She is at home in Glendale. Sobriety is an ongoing process but she is sober." That sounds like a well crafted and technically true statement if you ask me. Nicole may very well be at her home in Glendale, following a recent little detox session. The tabloids claim to have seen the skinny starlet, weighing 85 pounds, entering the posh Beau Monde rehab clinic on the morning of May 19th with an overnight bag. Unless she was there to shoot an episode of The Simple Life, these juicy pieces of gossip pretty much speak for themselves.
