Debra Messing Delights in The Starter Wife

After devouring every last page of Gigi Levangie Grazer’s best-selling book, I was lucky enough to preview the first episode of The Starter Wife starring Debra Messing and Joe Mantegna. Let me just say that if you loved Sex and the City and are pining away for something to fill the void, this one could do the trick. The thoroughly likeable Debra Messing (formerly of Will & Grace) stars as Molly Kagan, the wife of a studio boss who gets traded in for a much younger model. With a stellar cast and perfect timing, could this series have the makings of a hit? Check out the TV Drama Guide's full review for all the juicy details.
