Rebecca Broussard is Back in Court for DUI Charges

Jack Nicholson's ex, Rebecca Broussard (aka Rebecca Kelly) appeared in court today following up on DUI charges from a car accident/arrest last month. Rebecca, who is the mother of Jack's two youngest kids, plead not guilty to felony DUI charges. She had the nerve to stand up there and actually submit a plea of "not guilty" when she more than failed her Breathalyzer test.

Rebecca allegedly blew a .31 on her test back in August when she was arrested by police, according to TMZ. That is absolutely outrageous and if she gets away with that, I'll be pretty disappointed. She could have easily killed an innocent person out on the road that day. Kelly is scheduled back in court on October 4th and will hopefully pay the price for her crime.
