Nick Cannon and Selita Ebanks Break the Engagement

Singer/actor Nick Cannon and Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks have decided to break off their engagement. In May, after only three short months of dating, Nick and Selita became engaged in the center of Times Square.

That lasted another five months before the relationship hit the skids. They both claim to be "taking a break" to focus on their careers and remain very close. Does this mean Selita has to return that ridiculous 12-carat diamond ring?
