When Prince William took his longtime girlfriend Kate to the Highlands of Scotland for a getaway, it sparked serious royal engagement rumors. Prince William and Kate, both 25, broke up in April, but have since rekindled their romance at full speed. The couple is said to be vacationing on his grandmother Queen Elizabeth's Balmoral estate. Word on the street is that not just anyone is allowed to stay there. Perhaps the Prince was granted special permission for a very 'special' occasion?
