Dancing With the Stars' Karina Smirnoff Gets a Nose Job

Dancing With the Stars pro Karina Smirnoff admitted that she recently had plastic surgery - more specifically a nose job, according to People. Karina, 29, said that the surgery was intended to clear her passageway to improve breathing. Since she was already under the knife, the doctor reshaped her nose to repair previous damage.

Isn't it unbelievably refreshing to see a celebrity actually own up to the fact that they've had work done? Sometimes it's so obvious that there's no way around it. Who do stars like Ashlee Simpson and Teri Hatcher think they're kidding by dancing around the truth?
