Did Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan Break Up?

Is this just another celebrity breakup rumor or did Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan really call it quits? After three blissful years together and marriage plans in the works, Hello! Canada is reporting that Evangeline and Dominic's romance could already be history. There may even be an explanation for the sudden and unexpected news. Spies have allegedly spotted Dominic out on the town smooching some other woman. Was he just drowning his sorrows or could that new woman be the real reason behind the rumored split?

I am dubious – the blogger who orignally posted the report said Dom had black hair, which he doesn’t, and Dom also was videoed with Evangeline and her sister earlier in the evening.
