The Bachelor's Mary Delgado Arrested for Assaulting Fiance Byron Velvick

Former Bachelor "winner" Mary Delgado was arrested in Florida last week on assault charges, according to People. Mary was charged with assaulting Byron Velvick, the same guy who she fought for on the show and agreed to marry. Mary and Byron appeared on an ABC special last Wednesday following the final rose ceremony for bachelor Brad Womack.

Later that night, Mary allegedly smacked Byron in the face and split his upper lip, according to People. Mary, 40, was arrested by local police, charged with battery, and released later that afternoon. What could have set off the angry interaction? The two certainly appeared to be happy and in love, but then again, you can't believe everything you see on television.
