Mischa Barton Arrested in West Hollywood for DUI

Actress Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood Thursday morning on charges of DUI - driving under the influence, according to People. Police caught Mischa, 21, weaving between two lanes of traffic and decided to pull her over.

Lo and behold, not only was the former O.C. star found to be intoxicated, but she was also driving without a valid license. After officially being booked, the skinny starlet posted her measly $10,000 bail and headed back to her busy life of shopping.

There were also some whispers of illegal narcotics found on the scene, but that's still under investigation. Remember those photos we saw of Mischa puffing away in her car earlier this year? I can't say for certain what she was smoking, but I can tell you it definitely wasn't a cigarette, that's for sure.
