Simon Cowell Wants Britney Spears to Call Him

Simon Cowell has apparently grown tired of handing out advice to his American Idol hopefuls and is moving on to a new target. Simon, 48, claims to be eager to give a piece of his mind to none other than Britney Spears.

"I genuinely think that if I sat down with Britney and remind her of all the good things in her life - which are her kids, her money, her success, everything, I'd try to give her a sense of perspective. And then I'd take her out of where she's living at the moment and ask her to go and live with her family - and live normally for six months. She's welcome to call me anytime." he told People this week.

So that's Simon's revelation for Hollywood's biggest trainwreck? He wants her to go and live with her family for six months? I'm not so sure that it's the best idea anyone has ever had. Her sister Jamie Lynn is 16 and pregnant, her mother is asleep at the wheel, and her father is basically missing in action.
