Since 1960, good old Mr. Blackwell has released his list of the worst dressed celebrities and the 2007 "winners" are in. It's the stuff that stars hate but the rest of us secretly love to see. Topping the chart this year is none other than Victoria Posh Beckham who never met a corset that she didn't like. Check out the rest of the top five fashion offenders on the 48th annual list. Somehow I don't think that anyone on it will surprise you.
