Actor Heath Ledger Found Dead in NY Apartment

Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger was found dead in his Soho apartment, according to developing reports from TMZ. Heath's housekeeper allegedly found him unconscious and called 911. When paramedics arrived at the scene, they found pill bottles on the floor and the actor was said to be in full cardiac arrest, according to TMZ. The police told TMZ that they do not have reason to believe that any criminal activity took place. Heath, 28, has a two-year-old daughter, Matilda Rose, with former fiance, Michelle Williams. Wow…this is a total loss. He was a great actor. My heart goes out to his daughter & his family.
It’s Mary-Kate Olsen’s apartment at 421 Broome Street in SoHo according to The New York Times, your parent company.
The apartment is owned by Mary Kate, and Heath is merely her tenant. She does not live there and has no connection to it except that she is the owner/landlord.
This is surreal.
Actually it turns out that it wasn’t Mary-Kate’s apartment – the NYT article has been amended.
Just another pathetic actor who killed himself…. Just a shame that it wasn’t George Clooney instead….
