Joining Celebrity DUI Club members like Kiefer Sutherland and Kirsten Storms, The Punisher star Thomas Jane was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol on the morning of March 17, according to AP reports. It looks like Patricia Arquette's husband may have taken his partying the night before just a teensy bit too far. According to police, Thomas, 39, was pulled over for driving 124 mph in his black 2008 Maserati. That's right - 124 mph! Although they did say that he was cooperative, the actor was still arrested on suspicion of DUI. Luckily for him, Thomas was booked on charges and quickly released.

If one of my family members were arrested, it would not be splashed all over the internet.

Rosemary… assuming your family isn’t famous, there’s no reason to splash it over the internet… doesn’t mean they couldn’t be, being ‘public information’. Privacy yes, but famous person’s notoriety helps keep them from skating off with even less than the slap on the wrist that most get.
being a so called “celebrity” means having your buisness posted everywhere no matter if its an arrest or pregnancy. people want fame because they love attention and they’re going to get it whether its positive or negative.
Um actually anyone that gets a DUI will be printed in their local paper. Ever heard of Crime beat? It’s in the legal section of your local papers. Everything from foreclosures to arrests. All that is public information. Maybe ppl should start thinking about the consequences of their actions before they do it.
