Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was arrested on DUI charges Tuesday night in Laguna Beach, California, according to reports from People. When cops pulled Richie over for weaving, not only did he allegedly smell from alcohol, but he had his girlfriend, 10-year-old daughter Ava, and her young friend in the car at the time.

After being booked, he was released and will face a judge for arraignment on May 7. It was just last June when Richie checked himself into rehab and appeared to making efforts to stay clean and sober. If he hasn't yet, Richie will probably get an earful from his ex-wife and baby mama Heather Locklear. I'm guessing those once friendly custody arrangements are about to get tossed out the window.
