Miley Cyrus Talks About the Scandalous Vanity Fair Photos
Teen sensation Miley Cyrus is finally coming forward to talk about the scandalous Vanity Fair photos that have been floating all over the internet. The allegedly topless photos haven't even hit newsstands yet and the critics are already attacking her. As a form of early damage control, Miley, 15, gave this exclusive statement to People:"My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed," she said.
While she was on the topic of scandalous photos, Miley went on to address the recent crop making the rounds. "The pictures of me on the internet were silly, inappropriate shots. I have let myself down. I will learn from my mistakes and trust my support team. My family and my faith will guide me through my life's journey," she added.
Did she learn nothing from her pal Vanessa Hudgens?
