A-Rod's wife Cynthia Rodriguez wants out of the marriage and has filed for divorce. What took her so long? Now we're all still watching as he allegedly takes up with soon to be divorced singer Madonna.

Eleven months ago, Cynthia made the mistake of convincing herself that another baby could somehow save the failing marriage. Fast forward nine months, and there you have it. A crying baby in the house is stressful enough, but add it to an already volatile situation and you have a recipe for disaster.

Rumor has it that there is no pre-nuptial agreement in place for Alex and his wife of over five years. If that's true, we all know what that means - Cynthia is about to become a very very rich woman.
