Madonna and Guy Ritchie are Getting Divorced

Here we go again. The Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce talk has once again taken center stage. Back in June, rumors swirled that Madonna and her hubby could be headed for splitsville. They quickly denied the chatter and went on with their seemingly happy lives. The same bit of gossip has reared its ugly head and this time it's for real. The UK Sun plastered the news on their front page that the Material Girl's marriage was all but over. In response, the singer's rep released this statement to the Associated Press:
"Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time."
That sounds pretty official to me.

I just saw Madonna in concert tonight. She is currently performing on her “Sweet and Sticky” tour. The divorce hit the papers on Wednesday, Madonna’s first night in Boston, and judging by her performances on both nights, you would think she didn’t have a care in the world! I saw her tonight and her concert had to be the best concert I’ve ever been to!! She really puts her heart and soul in it. I just hope that Madonna walks away with this with her fortune intact and all of her children…
