Jesse Metcalfe Takes a Spill and is Hospitalized

Eva Longoria's former Desperate Housewives flame Jesse Metcalfe took a nasty spill following the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo. Jesse fell 40 feet down a flight of steps, hit his head, and was taken to the emergency room. Miraculously, he didn't break a single bone, but did fall unconscious for a brief period.

Jesse remains in a London hospital until results from an MRI scan are able to provide more information. His rep told The Sun: "He is a very, very lucky man. The accident could have been fatal. He has not broken anything but can barely walk as he hasn't got much movement in his legs. Jesse knows he's had a very lucky escape."
