Are Joe Jonas and Camilla Belle Really Dating?

Rumor has it that singer Joe Jonas and actress Camilla Belle are quietly dating. The gossip mill is claiming that Joe, 19, and 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle, 22, met on the set of the Jonas Brothers video for "Lovebug" and have secretly been something of an item ever since. The ink is barely dry on his breakup letter to Taylor Swift and Joe already found himself a replacement girlfriend?
If you want to be technical, he never did write Taylor a letter, rather they briefly spoke on the phone. Taylor recently told Ellen DeGeneres that the painful conversation lasted all of 25 seconds and it was over between them. Don't worry about her, she recorded a hit song about the split and took those tears all the way to the bank.
