Lance Armstrong and Anna Hansen are Expecting

Lance Armstrong and his girlfriend Anna Hansen announced that they are expecting a baby together. Anna is a spokeswoman for his cancer foundation and according to reports, Lance, 37, was able to make it happen the old fashioned way. Apparently the chemotherapy for testicular cancer didn't get in the way of his plans, according to People.

The seven-time Tour de France champion said in a statement, ''Anna and I are thrilled to confirm that we are expecting in June and our families are ecstatic and grateful. We are very much looking forward to what 2009 brings on many fronts. We appreciate respecting our privacy, as we are both eager to celebrate the holidays as a family.''

This will be his fourth child as Lance and his ex-wife Kristin divorced in 2003 and they share custody of Luke, 9, and twins Isabella and Grace, 7.
