Joining the ranks of Lindsay Lohan and heiress Paris Hilton, Kelly Osbourne has officially been arrested for a little incident that took place last August. As expected, Ozzy and Sharon's wild child daughter was quickly released on bail while the court plans to revisit the issue in March.While out a nightclub in London over the summer, Kelly, 24, allegedly smacked UK Mirror journalist Zoe Griffin over an article that she wrote. She felt that the piece mocked her boyfriend Luke Worrall and wanted to make sure that Zoe knew exactly how she felt. Something tells me she made the point loud and clear.
