At the Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon today, actress Anne Hathaway talked about her plans for the big night. Anne, 26, has been nominated for her role in Rachel Getting Married and plans to take a very special date to the 81st annual awards show on February 22."I'm taking my dad. Hopefully, if I can squeeze a few more tickets, I'm going to see if I can take my brother and my mom. This is my first, maybe my only, time going. Hopefully not! My family is the most important thing in the world to me. I definitely wanted them by my side," she told People.
While she won't confirm it, rumor has it that Anne has even found herself a new man, actor Adam Shulman. It looks like she decided against bringing him out for such a big event until things get more serious between them. Smart move if you ask me.
