E! Online is reporting that Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer/lover, has been charged with conspiracy to furnish drugs and writing prescriptions for a person who was clearly an addict. As you know, the starlet died of an accidental prescription drug overdose back in 2007.Poor Anna Nicole. I know she had her share of issues, but she trusted Howard, 40, and look what he did to her. As Jennifer Aniston said about Brad and Angelina's 'friendship', that definitely wasn't cool. I hope the judge throws the book at this guy.
