Ed McMahon Dies at 86 in Los Angeles

Ed McMahon, known for that famous "Heeeeere's Johnny" that he belted out to introduce Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show for 30 years, has died at 86. Ed died early today at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, his agent Howard Bragman told MSNBC. Ed was also known for his days spent hosting Star Search and helping to launch the careers of so many unknown hopefuls in Hollywood.
