Michael Jackson's Memorial Service in Los Angeles
A memorial service honoring Michael Jackson is scheduled to take place Tuesday morning at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The King of Pop died following cardiac arrest on Thursday June 25. They're estimating that millions of fans will show up to try and be part of the huge event. Through an online raffle, only 8,750 lucky fans were granted a pair of tickets to attend. Everyone else will have to watch it on TV like the rest of the world.
For Michael's closest of friends and family, an early morning private funeral service will be held. The list of celebrities expected to attend the huge memorial event include: Rev. Al Sharpton, Kobe Bryant, Mariah Carey, Magic Johnson, Jennifer Hudson, Martin Luther King III, Justin Timberlake, Lionel Richie, John Mayer, Smokey Robinson, Brooke Shields, Usher, and Stevie Wonder.
