There’s no doubt about it, American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi has had a great year. She landed one of TV’s most coveted gigs, got engaged, and this past weekend she married the man of her dreams. Surrounded by 30 of their closest friends and family members, she and Mike McCuddy tied the knot on July 5 in an intimate ceremony at the United Methodist Church in Prospect Harbor, Maine.The newlyweds met when Mike, a general contractor, was building a house that happened to be right next door to her New England home. He proposed on her 38th birthday while on vacation in Mexico.
