The Hills "star" Stephanie Pratt was arrested in the wee hours of Sunday October 18 in Hollywood. I'll give you one guess what they arrested her for. Yup, suspicion of driving under the influence, according to People.
Stephanie, 23, was taken to the Van Nuys Jail and formally charged with a misdemeanor. When will these celebrities learn to hand their keys over when they've had too much to drink? Clearly not anytime soon.

It’s funny b/c this morning my husband was reading this same, exact story about the DUI charges on Stephanie Pratt. He asked me, “who’s Stephanie Pratt?” I answered, “I don’t know.” I know Stephanie is on The Hills and is Spencer Pratt’s sister, but b/c she looks like every other girl on The Hills – long blonde hair, big boobs, tons of make-up and a very tall, skinny frame..
